  	Mrs. Maria Eleanor (Elsie) Pollock was born on December 7, 1912 at Goodeve, Saskatchewan and passed away on June 8, 1996 at her residence in Vernon, BC at the age of 83 years. She will be lovingly remembered by two brothers Philip Meeley and Wilfred Meeley, two sisters Freda Brown and Esther Pantzer, numerous nephews and nieces and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Scott Pollock, her parents, three sisters and one brother. Elsie grew up at Lemberg, Sask. and received her education there. She later moved to Vancouver BC where she worked for several years before marrying Scott Pollock. Elsie was a resident of the Sechelt area since 1939 and in 1994 move to Vernon where she resided until there death. Cremation preceded the funeral service which was held at the Sunshine Coast Gospel Church, Sechelt on Friday, June 14. Pastor Randy Heinrichs officiated. Interment of cremated remains in the family plot at the SeaView Cemetery.
