Elphin, Tues. Dec.12th, 1922, Alexander Gilmour, aged 58 years. He was a life-long resident of North Sherbrooke and came from a family of ten, four of whom survive; Edward of Rednersville, ON; John at Pincher Creek, AB; William and Mrs. Alex. Duncan of Elphin, with whom he made his last home. Burial in Crawford's Cemetery.
