A native of Banffshire, Scotland, son of James Grant, farmer, of same place and Isabella Stewart, farm servant, his wife there. Calling farmer. Age on embarkation, 32 years in March 1838, bodily health, strength and probable usefulness, very good; religion Presbyterian; reads and writes.

    Charlotte Grant arrived by the ship Lady McNaughton, brought out by Government. A native of Banffshire, Scotland, daughter of John Stewart, farmer, same place and Mary Smith, farm servant there. Calling farm servant, age on embarkation 30 years on 15th March 1839. Health, strength, and probable usefulness, very good, religion Presbyterian, can read.
