WILSON, Florence Mabel (nee Coates) Surrounded by her family, Mabel's final wish to die peacefully at home was granted on June 21, 2006 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late John Wilson and loving mother of Murray (Christine) Wilson. Proud grandmother of Adam, Nicholas and Christopher. Enthusiastic foster grandmother of Jamie Bertrand. Sister of the late Alice Webster, Dorothy Stocks and the late Murray Coates. Also survived by her cherished goddaughter Lynne Chamberlain, many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear and close friends. Mabel had a special place in her heart for the Way/Cairns family. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair and McGarry, 315 McLeod Street on Saturday, June 24, 2006 from 12 noon until service time in the Chapel at 2:30 p.m., followed by a reception in the McGarry Family Reception Centre. For those wishing to make a donation, Mabel's favourite charity was Jamie's care provider Total Communication Environment (T.C.E.), Unit 5, 203 Colonnade Road South, Ottawa, Ontario, K2E 7K3. Special thanks to Dr. Alison Eyre and Beverly Rochon for their outstanding care.
