    LEGARY - On Thursday morning last week, Mrs. Henry Legary, at the first toll-gate, passed at the portal of death, of heart trouble at the age of 44 years, after a protracted illness. Her maiden name was Marion McDonald, and she was a daughter of the late Mr. Robert McDonald, 6th line, Bathurst. Her husband and one daughter survive her. Her remains were interred in the Roman Catholic cemetery in Perth on Saturday.

    Peacefully in hospital on Tuesday, November 26, 1991, in her 87th year, Catherine Alice Spencer (nee Dodds). Beloved wife of the late Albert J. Spencer. Loving mother of Albert (Paula<), Belva Somers-Neal (Guy) and Gwen MacLean (Vern). Dear grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Also survived by a sister Rita Gregg of Smiths Falls. Friends may call at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playflair & McGarry, 315 McLeod St. on Wednesday from 7 to 9 pm and on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Service in the Chapel on Friday at 11 am. Interment Capital Memorial Gardens.

    Catherine married Albert John Spencer on 5 Mar 1934 in Ottawa, Carleton County, Ontario, Canada. Albert (son of Henry Hubert "Harry" Spencer and Kate Elizabeth Axon Smith) was born on 18 Jan 1901 in St Kitts-Nevis, Saint Christopher Island, West Indies; was christened on 25 Mar 1902 in Saint Thomas Anglican, Montreal, Quebec, Canada; died on 1 Mar 1962 in Ottawa, Carleton County, Ontario, Canada; was buried in Capital Memorial Gardens, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
