Mrs William Gilmour
The funeral took place on Wednesday, June 26th of Annie Yuill, wife of the late William Gilmour.

Born in Ramsay 84 years ago, Mrs Gilmour was the daughter of Robert Yuill and his wife Agnes Taylor. She married Mr Gilmour and after his death she and her family moved to Almonte where she has resided until her death.

Surviving her are two daughters: Inez of Brooklyn, NY and Effie at home. One son, Stuart, did only a few weeks ago.
Also surviving her are two sisters, Belle and Maud Yuill of Almonte and one brother, James, of Mather, Manitoba.

Annie married William A. Gilmour about 1895 in Ramsay Twp, Lanark County, Ontario, Canada. William (son of Allan A. Gilmour and Margaret Blackburn Moore) was born about 1857 in Ramsay Twp, Lanark County, Ontario, Canada; was christened in s; died on 28 Nov 1920 in Ramsay Twp, Lanark County, Ontario, Canada; was buried in Almonte, Lanark County, Ontario, Canada. Gilmour - In hospital, Almonte, Ontario, on Tuesday, August 14th, 1979, Effie Margaret Gilmour, dear daughter of the late William Gilmour and the late Annie Yuill; dear sister of Inez Gilmour, Almonte. Predeceased by one brother Stewart. Rested at the Kerry Funeral Home, 154 Elgin Street, Almonte where service was held on thursday at 2pm, Rev Robert McCrea officiating. Interment Auld Kirk Cemetery.

Predeceased by a brother Stewart Glimour and her twin sister Effie Gilmour. In her 95th year. Friends called a the Kerry Funeral Chapel, 154 Elgin Street, Almonte. Funeral Service was held in the Chapel on Wednesday, Rev Edward S. Colwell officiated. Interment Auld Kirk Cemetery in the spring.
