(Research):[barber dodds marilyns.FTW] Fred's death, not even two years after their marriage, was said to be caused by lung fever. What a tragedy to die at such a young age and leave a young woman to raise a year old son. Bessie was a school teacher for many years. She even taught school at St.
Vincent, Minnesota, where her brother Harry and family lived. Her widowed mother lived with her and her son. She married Peter Dahl in her later years and he proceeded her in death.
