Mrs. Nellie Miller Of N. Lewisburg Dies on Monday
Last rites for Mrs. Nellie'Miller, 87, who died Monday in Union County Memorial Hospital, will be in the Freshwater funeral home, North Lewisburg at 2 p.m. Wednesday.
Mrs. Miller, a member of the Methodist Church, the Pythian Sisters and the Daughters of Veterans Club of North Lewisburg, fell three weeks-ago and broke her hip. She has been in the local hospital since the accident. Born March 28, 1868, Mrs. Miller was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Burris of Mount Etna, Ind. She was first married to Moses Burrows (Burris), who died, and then to James Miller, who succumbed about 23 years ago.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Alma Hall, a step son, Alvin Miller, Jackson, Mich., and a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Russel Miller, Detroit. Friends may call at the funeral home, where services will be conducted by Rev. Harold Hugus and Rev. Lloyd Weaver. Burial will be in Maple Grove cemetery, North Lewisburg.
