Floeter, Mrs. Marcella M., Saginaw, Michigan. Our "Saint Marcie" returned to heaven on Thursday, October 30, 1930. Age 78 years. This world has lost a wonderful person. She was a kind and gentle lady who deeply loved her family and will be missed by many. The daughter of the late Earl and Estelle (Bierlein) Crampton, Marcella was born March 19, 1925 in Saginaw, Michigan. Marcella was married for many yeas to Marlin Garchow, the father of her children. She later married John Floeter, her "knight in shining armor", on December 30, 1966. He predeceased her June 18, 2001. Marcella and Jack enjoyed eating at Uncle Bob's Restaurant and had many friends there. Marcella leaves to cherish her memory two children, Paul Garchow, Bay City; Kathleen Garchow, Saginaw; three sisters, Ida Zwingman, Betty and Harry Loth, Dona and Ed Poineau; sinster-in-law and brother-in-law, Dorothy Crampton and Martha Wallace, Wayne and Judy Garchow, Gladys Richards; many nieces and nephews. Marcella was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers, Estelle Watter, Walter, William and Robert Crampton. Funeral serivce will take place 12:00 noon Friday, October 31, 2003 at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd., (between Shattuck and McCarty). Rev. Walter David will officiate. Private interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home where the family will be present on Friday form 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the Alzheimer's Foundation of Michigan.
