    "WILSON. Mrs. Samuel Wilson, of the sixth line of Bathurst, died on Tuesday at the home of her son Frederick. Mrs. Wilson was born on the fourth line of Bathurst 69 years ago, a daughter of the late Neil McLaren, who came to this country from Perthshire, Scotland. Upon her marriage, her husband located on the sixth line, Bathurst, where he lived until his death nine years ago. Surviving are three sons and two daughters: Frederick, on homestead; William N., on 5th line; Dr. Edwin H., town; Mrs. James McVeety, Port Elmsley, and Mrs. J. E. Anderson, Manion. Deceased was a member of Knox church, and enjoyed a wide acquaintance in the township. One brother and three sisters survive: Arch. McLaren, and Misses Marion and Christine, at Greenly's Corners, and Mrs. John Hughes, at Courtwright, Man. The funeral took place this Thursday afternoon to Elmwood cemetery, and was very largely attended. Services were conducted by Rev. D. Currie."
