	Salina Journal Doii B. Shay MINNEAPOLIS Doii B. Shay, 93, Minneapolis, died Friday, April 7, 2006. Mrs. Shay was born Doii B. Sidener on Dec. 21, 1912, in Ada. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Louis Wood, Fred Plunkett and Earl Pete Shay; and a stepgrandson. Survivors include two stepdaughters, Marlene Grittman and husband Verle of Glasco and Beverly Ford and husband Ronald of Lewisville, Texas; two nieces, Norma Prochaska and husband Albert and Charlene Nichols, all of Ada; three nephews, Richard Sidener and wife Lucille of Minneapolis, Rodney Sidener and wife Betty of Salina and Dennis Sidener and wife Laurel of Enterprise; and two stepgrandchildren. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church, Minneapolis, the Rev. Ron Walker officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Minneapolis. Memorials may be made to the church or Golden Wheel Senior Center, both of Minneapolis. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Shields Funeral Home, 405 Argyle, Minneapolis 67467.
