  	G. Loren Townsley was well known throughout the country, having at one time been overseer of the county house. He was sixty-eight years of age, and leaves a wife, two daughters, and a large circle of friends who will mourn the loss of both. He was buried in Old DeKalb cemetery, DeKalb, St. Lawrence, New York. "Hermon, Feb. 10, 1890. Wm. Green was called to Old Dekalb to attend the funeral of Mr. G. P. Townsley and his son Arthur Townsley, Sunday morning. Arthur Townsley died Feb. 5th, from a relapse of la grippe, aged 35 years, and leaves a wife and three children. G. P. Townsley died Thursday, the 6th inst., aged 68 years.
