  	Her obituary appeared on 17 Jan 1951 in the Tribune Press in Gouverneur, St.Lawrence, New York, as follows: "Mrs. Anna A. Miller, Hammond, Dies Sunday [sic]. Hammond--Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Adkins Miller, 38, of Hammond were held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 at the Eustis Funeral home with Rev. W. Halbert Cambell, pastor of the First Presbyterian church of Hammond officiating. The body was placed in the receiving vault of  the Pleasant Valley cemetery, pending burial in Hammond cemetery in the spring. "Mrs. Miller had been in failing health for some time and entered Hepburn hospital Thursday afternoon, where she died Friday morning at 7:30 with diabetes, the cause of death. "Born August 29, 1912 in the town of Hammond where she has been a life-long resident, she was the daughter of the late Bert Adkins and Edith Yerdon. In 1929, she was married to Andrus Miller also of this place. The ceremony took place in Hammond. "Surviving her death, besides her husband, are one sister, Mrs. Keitha Bridgeland of Hammond; one aunt, Mrs. Frank Chugon of Canton; two uncles, John Yerdon of Balmat and Jerry Yerdon of Macomb and several cousins."
