  	Death - The Lanark Era - Jan.10,1900 - At Playfair, on January 9th, Mrs. William Dunlop, aged 80 years. She was born, Margaret McKerrow, in Auchinleck, East Ayrshire, Scotland, on the 22nd of June 1820 and came to this country with her parents when quite young. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James. McKerrow, settled on the 9th line, of Dalhousie, where she remained until her marriage to Mr. Wm. Dunlop, also of Dalhousie. He died some seventeen years ago. Of a family of nine, eight are left. They are: Mrs. Robert Barr, Lavant Station; Mrs. Randolph McKinnon, McDonald's Corners; Mrs. James Horn, Watson's Corners; John, of Oliver's Ferry; Thomas, of Lavant; Robert, of Drummond; and James & Christina at Playfair, where she died. Interment in Crawford's Cemetery, at Elphin, January 10th.
