Surviving are his wife, Frances; stepson Duane Monear, Hayden Lake, Idaho; stepdaughter, Fran Rodman, Eugene; brothers, Ellis, Hubbard, Lester, Albany; and sisters, Wilma Kauffman, Southampton, Va., and Alice Martin, Goshen, Ind. Services were held Saturday in Zion Mennonite Church and interment was in the church cemetery, under direction of Cornwell Mortuary, Woodburn. The Canby Herald, August 14, 1985, page 17
