  	BROWN : LAMONT Donald Lamont Brown, lifelong resident of Portland on June 4, 2016 in the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital-Smiths Falls Site, following a rapid decline in his health due to Lewy Body Dementia. Lamont was only 2 months shy of his 80th birthday. He is greatly missed by his wife Fran (Frances Bass), to whom he was married for over 53 years; their three daughters-Elise (Alan Ranger) of Lombardy, Dana (Scott Wykes) of Portland, Lesley of Kingston; grandchildren-Syreeta (Matt Breen) & Alanna, Cade & Raef; great-granddaughter Maeve. Also survived by his brother, Al (Albert Brown). Lamont is fondly remembered by many extended family members and numerous friends. Please join his family on Friday June 10, 2016 at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 231, 2314 Harlem Road, Portland from 1 - 4 p.m. to reflect on Lamont's life and accomplishments.
