  	Double Death in Bathurst The deaths of Mr and Mrs Samuel Darou, of Bathurst, are reported. Mr Darou died on the 12th, and his wife died on the 15th. It is somwhat of a coincidence that James Darou, brother of Samuel Darou, died twelve years ago, also on the 12th of July. Both Mr and Mrs Darou were natives of Bathurst. The husband was born on the 6th line in 1831 and the wife was Margaret Crosbie born on the 8th line in 1825. They were marrried over 60 years ago, and settled on the 11th line. A family of four sons and five daughters were born and grew up to brighten and enliven the home. Two sons, Thomas and Samuel are dead; Fred and Frank live near Bennett's lake. Five daughters are Mrs Henderson Campbell, Clyde Forks; Mrs John North, Fallbrook; Mrs Jas. Thorton, Swift Current; Mrs Fred Judge, Moose Jaw; and Mrs Samuel Maxwell, Melfort, Sask. Mr. Darou was buried on Monday in Playfair cemeter, and his helpmate was laid beside him this afternoon.
