  	Passes at Halstead Mrs Sarah Lindsay of Avard, Okla. Died after Two-Week Illness Mrs Sarah Lindsay, 69, Avard, Olka died thursday in a Halstead hospital after a two week illness. She was born in Canada, and had resided in Oklahoma since the opening of the Cherokee Strip. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs Sadie Byxbee and a son, James, both of Avard. Funeral services will be held at 9 am Monday at St Mary's cathedral, with burial in Calvary cemetery. Flanagan-Bourman mortuary is in charge. **************** Sarah Jane McDonald was the daughter of John McDonald and Maria Rogers, born in McDonalds Corners, Ontario, Canada. She was married to James Lindsay. They had two children, James Edward Lindsay (1892 - 1971) and Sarah "Sadie" Lindsay Byxbee (1894 - 1937), both born in Ontario, Canada.
