  	Four days after her departed husband, Sarah Miller, relict of the late Robert Gavin of Poland, Dalhousie, in her 66th year, deeply regretted by a large circle of female friends to whom she had been both a mother and a guardian, both in her official capacity and as a resspectful neighbour. There is something melancholy in the death of this aged couple, dying with 4 days of each other, both of the dropsy. Such a singular case scarcely ever occurs more than once in the course of a century. Down in yonder lonely graveyard amidst the surrounding snow, side by side, rises two little earthen mounds containing the mortal remains of this lamented couple. They journeyed through life together for nearly half a century and in death they were not divided.
