Hamlin's Sudden Death He Passed Away at 7L45 o'clock Sunday Evening Very Unexpectedly at His Home on Broadway Extension His Funeral Wednesday Afternoon Again a link has been broken in the chain of Hannibal business circles, and a kind, affectionate father, a faithful brother and a warm-hearted strong-handed friend has been suddenly taken from the useful walks of life. Albert G. Hamlin is dead. On Sunday evening at 7:45 o'clock, while apparently in fairly good health as he was walking across the floor of his sitting room in his home, 1306 Broadway Extension, he sank down and expired as quietly as one passing into sleep. His age was sixty-seven years. Mr. Hamlin was born in Cherryfield, Maine, and came to make Hannibal his home in 1870, thirty years ago, and his record since that time is too well known to need reviewal. He was counted as one of Hannibal's best citizens, and among immediate relatives to mourn his loss ar a daughter, Mrs Will H. Hays, sons Roy M. and Ralph C., and a sister Mrs M.A. Buckman. On Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock his funeral will take place from the family residence to Mount Olive Cemetery under the auspices of the Masonic fraternity of which he was a member of high standing.
