  	Funeral services held for William Darnell, Jr. Funeral services for William F. Darnell Jr., plantation manager, were held at Wilson and Knight Funeral Home in Greenwood Thursday afternoon at 2 o' clock. Burial was in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Lexington. Mr. Darnell died Wednesday morning at his home in Minter City. He was 53. A former resident of Tchula, he had managed the Equen Plantation near Minter City for the past 13 years. He was a Presbyterian. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Jeanette Hamlin Darnell of Minter City; four Sons, William F. Darnell II of Union, Charles L. Darnell of Pineville, Louisiana, Captain. Richard H. Darnell, stationed in Vietnam, and David S. Darnell of University; a brother, George Darnell of Paducah, Kentucky; and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Darnell of Tchula. Holmes County Herald ?
