  	Kenneth J. Coulter Jr., age 70, of Toledo, passed away August 26, 2009, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. He was a U.S. Coast Guard veteran. He was a loving father and one of the best mechanics in the Toledo area and also in Memphis, TN. Survived by his children, Kenneth Coulter, Scott Coulter, Timothy Coulter, Mary Baney, Kandace Coulter, Kasey Coulter; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grand-children; sisters, Pat Fritz, Nan Dersch, Jackie Murray and Gloria Tidmus. Friends will be received at Blanchard - Strabler Funeral Home (1163 W. Sylvania at Lockwood, 419-269-1111) on Friday from 2-8 p.m., where Services will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. Graveside Services with Military Honors will be conducted at Noon on Saturday at Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton.
