She graduated from Flournoy Elementary School and Corning High School. Surviving are: husband of 48 years, Allen Pitkin; son, Gary Pitkin of Sparks, Nevada; daughter, Darla Farley of Sparks; sisters, Nita Pitkin, Arabell Maitia, Charlotte Humphrey and Barbara Humphey, all of Flournoy and grandchildren Reese and Amber Pitkin of Sparks. She was predeceased by grandson, Justin Farley. At the request of Mrs. Pitkin, no service will be held.
