  	Matron's Rites Planned Monday Funeral services for Mrs. Ann Covert Filshie, 91, of 1110 N. 30th St., will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. in Settergren's Chapel with the Rev. T. F. Rutledge Beale, pastor of the First Congregational Church, officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Filshie died Thursday afternoon in a Big Timber nursing home where she had been a patient the past four years. Death was attributed to infirmities of age. She was born in Ontario, Canada, March 9, 1868, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eleazer McCarty, and came to the United States in 1885, establishing residence in Oakes, N.D. In 1887 she was married to John W. Covert in Oakes. He died in 1894 in Oakes. She was married to James W. Filshie in 1905 in the North Dakota community. In 1911 the couple came to Billings. Mrs. Filshie was a member of the First Congregational Church. Survivors include a son, Judson H. Covert of 1110 N. 30th St.; two daughters, Mrs. Emily Heaton of Mountain View, Calif., and Mrs. E. M.
