  	Ontario Death Registration - Leeds County, Division of South Elmsley, Registration # 019437 - says Hazel Blanche Joynt was born in South Elmsley on Feb. 7, 1906. Her parents were John W. Joynt, born Bastard Twp., & Bertha Goode, born North Gower. Hazel died June 5, 1921 at South Elmsley, at the age of 16 years, 4 months. The primary cause of death was anaemia, contributed by heart weakness (muscular), which she had for 6 months. She was cared for by Dr. W. A. Gray, of Smiths Falls. The informant of her death was her uncle, E.W. Joynt of Lombardy. Hazel was buried at Rideau Ferry Cemetery on June 7, 1921. The undertaker was J.C. Webster of Smiths Falls.
