  	Mary Patricia Allan-Cox, beloved wife of Monte, passed away in Lethbridge, on Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at the age of 63 years. Besides her loving husband she is survived by her daughter Carrie (Brent) Trout of Delia, AB., Corporal Andrew Capobianco of Trenton, ON., and her beautiful grandchildren Thomas, Autumn and Brooke. She is also survived by Monte's daughters and their families. Mary was born in Cardston, AB to Andrew William Allan, Government Area Veterinarian and his wife Dorothy Desilets McAlpine Allan, teacher. Mary is a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, sister in law, aunt and friend. She worked at the St. Michael's Hospital, first as a nurse and then as a lab assistant. She loved to travel to Arizona until her health would not permit it. She is an accomplished artist, winning many firsts in the oil painting division. Her craftsmanship played a significant role in her homemaking. She made numerous quilts, sewed and refinished furniture. She loved to help others with their family searches in the genealogy library. She made an effort to make every Christmas special. We love you Mom and Grandma.
