Lawson Pollock of Glen Levit, NB died suddenly on Friday morning last at Monk, Quebec where he had been engaged in lumbering operations with the firm J.W. MacDonald Limited. Deceased was a member of one of the pioneer families of his native community, and was highly respected by a host of friends throughout this district. His sudden death at the age of 43 years will be deeply regretted by friends and acquaintances generally. He is survived by his wife and 8 children. The funeral was held on Sunday afternoon with Rev. J.D. Archibald of Tide Head, N.B officiating and internment was made in the Flatlands Cemetery
