They had one son - Harold Gilbert and then they divorced. Kate then married William Arthur Thomas on November 26, 1919 in Atlanta, Montmorency County. This marriage also ended in divorce. Kate remarried Gilbert Currie on March 6, 1925 in West Branch, Ogemaw County. After Gilbert's death, she married James Foot.
