- SUMTER ? Lucille Honeycutt Bolger, 90, widow of Thomas T. Bolger Jr., died Friday, July 20, 2007, at Clarendon Memorial Hospital in Manning.
Born Oct. 19, 1916, in Clinton, N.C., she was a daughter of the late Herman and Florence Alderman Honeycutt. She was a retired children's furniture sales rep and a charter member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church and Circle Group No. 3.
Surviving are two sons, Tommy "Bubba" Bolger and his wife, Jennie, of Summerton and W.H. "Bill" Bolger of Sarasota, Fla.; two daughters, Pat Kizziah and her husband, Jack, of Burlington, N.C., and Judy Clark and her husband, Barry, of Lexington; a sister, Mary Frances Andrews of Sumter; sisters-in-law, Margaret Honeycutt of Columbia, Emily Mason of Sumter and Mrs. H.B. "Tiny" Payne of Greensboro, N.C.; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Evergreen Memorial Park in Sumter with the Revs. Tommy Bolger, Rob Pierce and Jerry Pickens officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the residence of her son, Tommy "Bubba" Bolger, 1328 Tom Charles Road, in the Goat Island community of Summerton.
