  	White Mrs. Thomas White died at her home 8th line of Drummond on Thursday, April 20th, at the age of 86 years. Death was due to old age. Her maiden name was Jane Totten and she was born in County Tyrone, north of Ireland, and came to Canada in 1847, having been married to her life-partner in the Emerald Isle, who died in January 1902. Mr White was a weaver by trade and foolowed it in preference to tilling his farm. Mrs White was a member of the Church of England and the oldest living resident in the Balderson district, her children are: Robert, Balderson; Mrs Robert White, also of Balderson; Thomas, James and William in California; Alexander, a soldier in the US army and miss Sarah J., at home (who has just recoered from a serious illness herself). Her remains were interred in Elmwood Cemetery on Saturday.
