  	H. F. MERCER A resident of this district for 72 years, Henry Foster Mercer died Saturday in Glenwood Private Hospital Agassiz. Until six months ago he lived at 850 Nevin Road, Rosedale. Rev. Franck Patterson officiated Monday at the funeral rites in Henderson's Funeral Chapel. Interment the IO0F cemetery. Pallbearers were Frank Kerr, Clarence Armitage, Don Mercer, Hugh Mercer and Smith Mercer. Mr. Mercer, a retired farmer, was born in Markdale, Ont., on September 4, 1880. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; a daughter, Mrs. John (Grace) Dolman, Chilliwack; two sons, Foster, Chilliwack; George, Hope; 10 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; a brother Alex, ChilliWack.
