- Mrs. Richard Lee Funeral Today
Funeral service for Mrs. Edna Manan Lee, 56, of 62 McAskill Cres., who moved to Saskatoon in 1934 and was a nurse for 13 years for the 'Y Camp at Wakaw, were held this morning at 10 o'clock from St. Paul Cathedral, conducted by the Rev. Father J. S. Robinson. McKague's Funeral Home was In charge of arrangements.
Surviving are: her husband, Richard G. Lee; three daughters: Mrs. F. McLean, Merritt, B.C.; Mrs. M. Anderson, Saskatoon; and Mrs. L. D. West, Calgary; three sons: Richard and Edward of Saskatoon and Thomas of Merritt, B.C.; her stepmother, Mrs. John Vickar-yous, Sr., Saskatoon; a sister, Mrs. Keitha Fuxa Venn, Sask.; seven brothers, John, Egbert, and Leonard, Saskatoon; Louis, of Rosthern; Albert, of Brentwood Bay; Kenneth with the RCAF in Rome, New York; and Robert of Venn, Sask.
As a small child, Mrs. Lee moved from Belleville, Ont., to the Simpson area in 1909. Following her marriage she resided at Watrous and moved to this city 29 years ago. She was an active member in the CWL of St. Michael's parish when her health permitted. Mrs. Lee died Tuesday at her home.
