White, aged 33 years and 11 months. 1892, Friday January 15, The Almonte Gazette front page The Late Mrs T.R. White It is with very deep regret that we announce this week the death of Mrs T.R. White, which took place on Tuesday last at the early age of 33 years and 11 months. Mrs White was a daughter of the late Mr Neil McLaren, of Bathhurst, and has been a resident of Almonte for about sixteen years, during which time, by her cheerful disposition and kindliness of heart, she made many warm friends, who are deeply grieved by her untimely death. Mrs White had not been in good health the past few years, and was seriously ill with lung trouble on several occasions. About two weeks ago she was attacked with la grippe, and, although at first no fatal results were expected, it gradually led to a breaking up of her system. She leaves behind her, besides her husband, three children, two girls and a boy. The youngest is only five years old, and will sadly miss his mother's watchful care.
