At his residence, Blakeney, Ontario, on Thursday, Sept. 29, 1966. Beloved husband of Liala Somerville and dear father of Margaret, Harvey and Irene (Mrs Mervin Mitchell) and the late Earl McIntyre, sister of Mrs Hilton Thompson and grandfather of Donna, Allan, Darlene, Scott and Marie Mitchell, in his 79th year. Service was held from the Kerry Funeral Saturday, Oct 1st at 2 p.m. Interment Auld Kirk Cemetery.

William S. McIntyre
William S. McIntyre died at his home in Blakeney, on September 29th, 1966, in his 79th year. Born in Middleville on February 24th, 1868, to Mr and Mrs David McIntyre, he was a brother of Allie, Harvey, Agnes, Margaret, and Christine (Mrs Evan Craig), all deceased. One sister survives, Jean (Mrs Hilton Thompson). In 1929 he married Liala Somerville, who is left to mourn along with two daughters, Margaret and Irene (Mrs Mervyn Mitchell), and one son, Harvey. Another son, Earl is deceased. Also left are five grandchildren. The funeral was held from the Kerry Funeral Home, with interment at Auld Kirk Cemetery. The pallbearers were four nephews, Kenneth, Ralph, Bill and Leonard Craig, and George Robertson and Harold Greigson.
