  	Perth Courier, August 6, 1886 Dunlop?Died, at the village of Hawley, Wayne Co., Pennsylvania, on the 27th July, James Dunlop, aged 81 years. He was the eldest son of Mr. John Dunlop who came to Dalhousie Twp., Lanark County, Ontario with the first settlers in 1821 and brother to Thomas Dunlop of McDonald's Corners. The deceased remained in Dalhousie for over thirty years and then went to the States where he has resided ever since. He leaves two daughters to mourn their loss. Many of his siblings are buried in Crawfords Cemetery, Dalhousie Twp., Lanark County, Ontario, Canada. The youngest daughter Sarah J. Dunlop born about 1848 in New York, USA, married 3 Nov 1868 in Jackson County, Illinois, USA to Robert Bryden born about 1845 in Scotland, Sarah apparently died sometime between 1868 and 1880 Census as Robert Bryden is listed as a Widower. Can not find any record of Sarah's death.
