William Arthur Douglas Blair born in 1921 in Perth, Ontario son of the late Dr. William and Grace Blair. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy Williamson. Devoted father to Elspeth (Don McCulla), Bill (Yoshiko) and Dori (Art McKenzie). Much loved Grandpa of James McCulla and Blair and Allison McKenzie. Dear brother of Helen Spicer (Erik). Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse Playfair and McGarry, 315 McLeod Street on Friday, August 9th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, August 10th at 10 a.m. Internment private. Heartfelt thanks to the caring staff of the 5th Floor Palliative Unit of the Elisabeth Bruyere.
