Died:
George H. Lyne of Oakhill died Monday, August 17, 1992 at the Minneapolis Good Samaritan Center. He was born February 5, 1906 in Oakhill and was a lifelong resident of the area.

Mr. Lyne was a farmer and a member of the Mt. Liberty Methodist Church in rural Miltonvale and Oakhill Masonic Lodge.

He was preceded in death by his wife Edith in 1984 and by three brothers and three sisters. A graveside service was held Wednesday, August 19, at Mount Liberty Cemetery with Rev. Ralph Thorn officiating.
