JASPER, Mo. ? Hazel I. Buchko, age 97, formerly of Jasper, Mo., passed away at her home in Carthage on June 6, 2013.
Hazel was born on June 14, 1915, in Hollow Springs, Tenn. She was a retired L.P.N. and homemaker.

Hazel was united in marriage to James E. Buchko, he preceded her in death after 52 years of marriage.

Hazel is survived by a daughter, Linda Boen, of Carthage, Mo.; daughter-in-law, Sharon Buchko, of Blue Springs, Mo.; and Many grandchildren; and great- grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Mattie Williams.; her brothers, Hershel, Fred and Kenneth Williams; one daughter, Ruth Blanton.; her two sons, Patrick and Bill Buchko.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, at Greenlawn Cemetery in Jasper, Mo. The body may be viewed from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at Weng Funeral Chapel.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Weng Funeral Chapel Jasper, Mo.
