WOOD, Mary Ferguson (nee Heslop).
Born June 15, 1916, passed away with her daughter and son-in-law by her side on Monday, February 27, 2006. She moved to Richmond from South Burnaby in 1986 to be nearer her family and spent many happy hours with the South Arm United Church Quilters. She was predeceased by her husband Ian and brother William Heslop, will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Mary-Jean (Rick) and grandsons Christopher, Michael and Daniel. The family would like to thank Dr. Sigismund and the staff of Fraserview Care Lodge and Richmond Hospital 3 South and 2 South for their care and kindness. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 4, 2006 at 1:30 pm at South Arm United Church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart Stroke Foundation.
