Eunice Jo Stirling Will Marry Melvin Rieken in August Rites

Eunice Jo Stirling will become the bride of Melvin Dean Ricken in nuptials to be solemnizd August 17 at the Presbyterian Church.
Announcement of the couple's engagement and forthcoming marriage is being made by parents of the bride elect, Mr and Mrs James J Stirling, 525 North Lincoln. The future bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs Floyd Ricken, Emmett.

Miss Stirling, a 1960 graduate of Pocatello High School, was attant to the queen at her junior and senior proms. She was a member of Pep Club, drill team, Girls Council, Ski Club and the dance team. Now a sophomore at Idaho State College, she is majoring in home economics education. She was queen of the Military Ball her freshman year and is a member of Gamma Phi Beta, social sorority, and Ski Club. She is employed at teh office of Dr. John W. Wurster.

Ricken was graduated in 1958 from Emmett High School. He is a senior at Idaho State College where he is majoring in English education. He is a member of Blue Key, national honor fraternity and Sigma Nu social fraternity.
