Mr and Mrs C E McFarland announce the engagement of their daughter Geraldine to Joe Leonard Bixby son of Mr and Mrs R S Bixby. The wedding will take place Dec 11 in the Summit Methodist church. Miss McFarland attended Clover Park high school and her fiance will graduate from Lincoln in June. He was released from the army in August after two years service, 12 months of which were spent in Europe. The couple will make their new home in Tacoma.
