Peacefully on Friday, September 13, 2019, at the age of 89. Beloved husband of Eva June for 60 years. Loving father to Grant (Cathy), Janet (Mike), and Brett (Laura). Cherished grandfather to Heather, Anna, Audrey, Julie, Julia, Andrew, and Jennifer. Graham's love was expressed through his humour, musicality, and devotion to family and friends. Graham dedicated his working life to the public good. He was an award-winning civil servant, receiving accolades for advancing Canada's standing in the international standards community. Graham's values will live on through the many people he touched in his personal and professional life. Graham's life will be celebrated at a private ceremony in the coming days. The family thanks the health care team of the Civic Hospital's AMA and B5 units for their attentiveness and kindness during Graham's final days. In memoriam donations to Parkinson Canada appreciated. Garden Reception Follows Summer Wedding At Perth

A garden reception at Stewart Park in Perth followed the wedding of Eva June Campbell and James Graham Cameron in St. Paul's United Church, Perth. The bride Is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Campbell of Perth. The groom is the son of Walter Cameron and the late Mrs. Cameron of Fallbrook, Ont.

Pastel Flowers
White candles against a banking of white gladioli and pink and turquoise carnations formed the setting for the 2.30 p.m. ceremony. White net bows and pink rosebuds marked off the guest pews. Dr. W. A. Alp officiated. The soloist was Hubert Hosie and H. G. Dallimore was at the organ.

The bride was given in marriage by her father and had four attendants. Mrs. Malcolm McLeod was matron of honor. Miss Gertrude MacCrimmon bridesmaid, Miss Joanne Campbell Junior bridesmaid and Miss Susan Campbell flower-girl. The junior bridesmaid and flowergirl are nieces of the bride.

Best Man
Gideon Silverthorn was bestman, ushers were Dino Mattiussi and Keith Campbell, the bride's brother. A floor-length gown of Chantilly lace and nylon tulle over taffeta was worn by the bride. The fitted bodice had a scoop neckline and the skirt was in bouffant style. Her fingertip veil of tulle illusion fell from a crown headdress of stephanotis and rosebuds. Her pearl necklace was the gift of the groom. She carried a cascade bouquet of pink roses, stephanotis and ivy. After the garden reception, the couple left for a cruise up the Saguenay River and motor trip through the northern United States. On returning they will live in Ottawa.

The village of Fallbrook lost one of its oldest and most esteemed residents March 8, 1950, when James Lachlan Cameron passed away after a short illness in the GWM Hospital here. Mr Cameron was in his 95th year.
Deceased was born at Cote-du-Midi, near Lachute, PQ, one of the 13 children of the late John Cameron and Joanne Graham. On February 3, 1892, he married Margaret Wrathwell at Perth and moved to Fallbrook where he opened a blacksmith shop.

Of the union came two sons and two daughters, Walter G., of Fallbrook, and Hubert of Brockville, who passed February 4, 1947, also Mabel of the Department of Agriculture Office in Perth, and Morna of Smiths Falls.

The late Mr Cameron was the last of a family of 13, his twin brother Alex having predeceased him in September 1936.

Also surviving are three grandsons, James Graham, of Queen's University, Garry and Wayne Cameron of Brockville.

Deceased was a blacksmith and woodworker by trade starting with his brother William at Lachute, PQ, later with the CPR shops in Perth, and at McLaren's Depot on the Scotch Line. In May 1888, he opened a combination blacksmith and woodworking shop in Fallbrook.

His largely attended funeral was held from the Blair and Son Funeral Home on March 11, to Elmwood Cemetery, where he was placed in the vault for interment in the Spring. Rev W.R. Alp performed the funeral services. The pall bearers, all friends of the deceased were John Blair, James Anderson, Herb Gallagher, Eric Sommerville , Bert Matthie and Elmer McKinnon.
