WELDON, E. Shirley Peacefully at Country Haven, Almonte on Saturday, February 4th, 2006, Shirley (Jordan) Weldon in her 80th year. Wife of the late John M. Weldon. Dear mother of Art (Dr. Karen March) Weldon of West Carleton, Jacquie (Ian) Scott of Cayman Islands and Roger of Scotch Corners. Edna will be sadly missed by her grandchildren and her great-granddaughter. Dear sister of Helen (Kelvin) Rintoul, Joan (Bill) McNaughton and the late Phyllis Stewart; sister-in law of Ken (Helen) Weldon and Ken Stewart. Fondly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore Street West, Perth, on Wednesday, February 8, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday at 11 a.m. immediately followed by a reception in the Blair and Son Family Centre. In remembrance, contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
