Notes: (Research):Will Pegg and his wife lived in the stone house at the edge of the Tay River in Glen Tay. Margaret Pegg, his wife died in 1899 and in 1905, thrie small daughter, Laura, age 8 years, drowned in the Tay River, behind their home. Willian Pegg moved away shortly after. This stone house was built in 1860, with a full basement, and fireplace, where some of the mill workers lived. The mill at Glen Tay, with a government grant, was restored with extensive renovation which took place over four years to complete in 1990.
