    George Blair received the patent to the East part of Lot 8 Concession 1 in 1837. He sold William Bateson in 1852 and Bateson sold back to George Blair in 1865.

    Anthony McMangle after he received the crown patent To the West half of Lot 8 Concession 1 in 1842. He sold to William Bateson 1846 and William Bateson to Robert Bateson in 1852. Robert in turn sold to George Blair in 1865 of the John Miller & Margaret Blair family.
