    A [retty wedding was solomized at the home of Mr and Mrs Richard Frizelle, Bolton Street, at 11 o'clock on Wednesday morning, Sept. 6th, when their daughter, Miss Gertrude Alice was united to Mr Ralph Mervyn Miller son of mrs. Robert Miller of Bathurst. The happy ceremony was performed by Rev. J.H. Miers, B.D., pastor of Knox Church, in the parlor which was beautifully decorated in pink and white asters.

    The bride wore a suit of duchess satin with pearl trimmings, and a bridal veil and carried a bouquet of sweetheart roses. She was assisted by her sister Miss Sadie E. as bridesmaid and she wore a suit of silk satin and a large black picture hat, and carried a bouquet of pink roses.

    Mr. John W. Miller, of Smiths Falls, cousin of the groom, was the groomsman. After the ceremony the guests present, to the number of twenty five, sat down to a sumptuous wedding dinner.

    In the afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Miller motored to Smiths Falls and there entrained for Montreal for a boat trip on the St. Lawrence and on their return will take up residence in Bathurst.
